You said...We did...
You have provided feedback on maternity services at Brannam Medical Centre. These have been forwarded to northern Devon Healthcare Trust who employ the midwives working at the surgery.
You have commented on the state of the flooring in some areas of the practice. We have had the floors professionally cleaned and polished and we hope you agree that this is an improvement.
After receiving some feedback regarding having more variety in online appointments we have made some alterations to include more later in the morning.
It is a difficult juggling exercise between the doctors having enough work at the start of the day, not having too much at the end of the day and also providing appointment times that meet our patients needs.
We have an online forum where we ask the members of this group some questions from time to time, such as your views on the availability of appointments or the quality of the care you received. We contact you via e-mail and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time. This might be relevant to those patients who would like to be involved but may not be able to commit the time needed to attend meetings. If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email sign up here: http://www.brannammedicalcentre.co.uk/ppg.aspx
